Kicking off with our first event Seed Swap & Sound Bath by Susie Hernandez of @gongsiasessions

Saturday, September 17th a morning of wellness and fellowship.

✨Seed swaps are events where gardeners and lovers of the outdoors meet to exchange seeds.

✅ Bring your favorite seeds from this season, plant clippings, or plants you would like to swap with others.

✨A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

✅ Bring a Yoga Mat, Blanket, Cushion, or Chair to enjoy this lovely grounding experience

Susie Hernandez is a multi-instrumentalist and spiritual seeker passionate about holistic healing through the transformative power of sound and vibration. She is certified in Sound Healing and Therapy by the Globe Institute of Recording and Production. Susie is the founder of Gongsia Sacred Sound Sessions whose mission is to create a universe of healing sounds with the intention of individual healing and global peace and harmony.
